Ownership Transfer: After the closing, the property ownership will be officially transferred to you. We’ll hand over the keys and necessary documents, marking the culmination of the purchase process.

Meet one, or both, of our experts for a personalized experience beginning with a preview of the property followed by an in-depth conversation to understand your goals. From there they collaborate with you about any recommended improvements, set expectations about the timeline, discuss the current market, answer any questions you may have then complete initial paperwork.
Our expert Realtors prepare a formal Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) providing you with a pricing report complete with careful adjustments tailored to your home based on recently sold houses in the area, active properties that buyers are currently shopping and the dynamic market shifts topped off with expert strategies and recommendations.
As you declutter and begin emotionally detaching from the property, our experts are at work scheduling trusted contractors to perform repairs, replacements or upgrades as agreed upon.
Once the work is complete, they then bring in their preferred stagers and photographers to begin the mastermind marketing and expose your house to the largest group of qualified buyers to maximize your profits! This includes, but is not limited to, presenting the facts and features on all major home websites, social media, email blasts, print marketing, personal local and international networks and intentional word-of-mouth.
The, “Coming Soon,” phase is optional, but is essentially the move trailer to your premier! It allows both Realtors and the public to view the photos, virtual tours and information online, while restricting their ability to view the home in person. It not only helps build anticipation, but it also provides an additional window to continue completing the perfection of the home (refinishing hardwoods, organizing closets, last minute repairs, etc) while alerting prospective buyers of their opportunity.
Congratulations, the big day has arrived! Realtors begin showing the property to buyers and our experts can also hold an Open House for any unrepresented buyers, or neighbors, to tour! If you have been thinking of getting away for an extended weekend, this is a great time!
